Please note if you are applying for DHS Subsidy, to have your required documentation ready to upload. More information can be found during the online process.
Online Registration is also mobile-friendly so it's easy to use a smartphone, tablet or PC.
To check on the status of your registration for A+, or your application for subsidy, contact the Site Coordinator. The corporate office will not know the status and will refer you to the Site Coordinator. For a listing of all Site Coordinators and their mobile phone, please click below button.

As your A+ childcare provider, we are excited to offer you the convenience of automatic tuition payments. You’ll no longer need to write a check or remember your checkbook when you’re picking up your child at the end of a hectic day. Your payment will be safely and securely processed by Kama‘aina Kids, giving you peace of mind that your tuition has been paid on time! It’s easy to enroll and even easier to participate for both A+ and Before Care programs! We are able to process credit cards or your checking/savings account.
All major credit cards are accepted, including debit cards with Visa or MasterCard emblem. Payments will be processed beginning with the first business day of each month.
Once your child is registered and accepted into the program, you will be emailed a secured link to sign-up for automatic tuition payments.
Any questions, feel free to check with your A+ Site Coordinator or call (808) 262-4538.
If you were asked to complete a Request for Accommodation form, please download, complete, and submit to the school's A+ Site Coordinator. This provides access to the A+ program for children with special needs and other considerations.
All A+ Programs maintain a ratio of 1 adult to 20 children (1:20) staff ratio to meet health and safety regulations. If there are more registrations than staff available to maintain a 1:20 ratio, then a waitlist is initiated. Students are placed on the waitlist in the order that the registrations are received.
Unfortunately, the amount of time a student remains on a waitlist is unpredictable. Acceptance from the waitlist and into the A+ program typically results from a currently enrolled student withdrawing or the hiring of additional staff to accept more students.
In certain cases, a waitlist is initiated because an A+ Program has reached the maximum capacity that can be accommodated within the facilities available to the A+ Program. In these instances, acceptance from the waitlist is contingent upon a currently enrolled student withdrawing from the program.
Enrichment activities at After School Care sites offer children educational opportunities outside the traditional in-school curriculum.
